Our Mission

Cape Fear Noir Collective is a developing 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to advancing community development, civic participation, and the collective well-being of historically marginalized and disenfranchised communities across the Cape Fear Region. As a growing advocacy and policy-centered nonprofit, the Collective engages in research, public policy development, coalition building, civic engagement, and strategic partnerships to improve the region’s social and economic outcomes.
